Baby, It's Cold Outside

So, I know it's been awhile and I apologize, but it has been a hell of a month so far. November just doesn't seem to like me. So, I decided when better to start back than today to share some lovely treasures with you all! :)

 this adorable little puppy!

this hilarious ecard!

this totally awesome room.
this collection of photos of all the yummy glee men.

and this funny picture.

I promise that in the future I will try my very best to post more often and here's to hoping things get better! Although I believe that since everyone has started playing Christmas music, they must. So I'm off to go listen to my new Christmas cd's and get happy!

Protego

So I have just finished this week's episodes of Glee and New Girl and I must say they were verrrrry enjoyable.

First, Glee.
I have fallen in love in one hour with Mike Chang.
Not only did I love when he sang for his audition, that scene with his mom was absolutely adorable!!!!! Plus, as we all know, he kills it on the dance floor. I absolutely loved that he chose to follow his dream and was ok with his 'Asian F'.

Now that I've discussed Mike Chang, I'd like to discuss Mercedes. I'm not really sure how to feel after this episode. Firstly, though, you need to know that I love Mercedes. She is my favorite character and I love when she sings. But, after tonight I'm not sure what to think. Don't get me wrong, I too hate that Rachel always gets picked for everything over Mercedes, but I didn't want her to leave New Directions!!! (Also for anyone wondering, Mercedes is not pregnant. Amber Riley tweeted it after the show). I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens from here.

Until November. I don't know about everyone else but I am pissed that there won't be any new episodes for a month! Why? There have only been 3! Not happy.
When it does come back on, however, this man will finally be making his appearance!
I hope you all get as much of a kick out of this picture as I did when I found it! It was almost as funny as the Celtic Thunder cd I found with a picture of him at about age 12 on it. Classic!

Now onto New Girl. Hilarious!

This show always makes me laugh but tonight's was exceptionally good. The ending is always hilarious and tonight's was no exception. Also, I love Zooey Deschanel and her voice makes me super jealous. I am really excited for this new show and I really hope it gets picked up for another season!

And now I'm off to cast some spells on Pottermore!

Herman-na-na-na

For the past few weeks for school I have been teaching a group of four Kindergarteners on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And they are completely driving me crazy! Now don't get me wrong, they're cute and say the most adorable things. I even have one who has a brother with one eye and one leg. Yeah.
But...
Oh my gosh, I do not want to teach Kindergarteners. They are so hyper and antsy and don't listen! And they seem to want to know what everyone else is doing instead of listening to what we're doing.
So today I subbed for half the day at an elementary school in my hometown in a fifth grade class.
And. I. Loved. It.
I absolutely loved being in an older classroom. I was so shocked at how much I enjoyed being in a fifth grade class because I absolutely did not like sixth when I subbed last year. There is such a difference between that one year. The fifth graders were so well-behaved (other than some talking) and they were very respectful and polite. It was definitely not what I expected and I am thinking now that I will probably choose an older grade when I get my degree.

Also, Facebook is pissing me off. Anyone else not liking it? I mean seriously, if I wanted to use Google+ I would get an account.

Now I would like to talk about the season premieres that I saw this week.

Glee:
First impression? I miss Sam and Zeises. Also, I like Quinn's new hair, but not her new attitude. She can keep the pink cos I like it, but she needs to get her ass back to glee club. Love: Blaine at McKinley!!! Love: Sugar! I loved Vanessa Lengies in Stick It! Love: the Kurt/Rachel bond that seems to have formed out of their shared performance in an empty theatre in NYC. Overall, this episode was a much needed pick-me-up for this Gleek!

New Girl:
LOVEEEEEEEEEE THIS SHOW! If you didn't see it you either need to watch it as soon as possible or just throw your TV out the window. It was absolutely amazing! It was hilarious and I am even more in love with Zooey Deschanel if that's possible! It's going to be a great way to end my Tuesdays!

Grey's Anatomy:
I'm kind of on the fence about his one. I was glad to get it back and I enjoyed that it was a little more reminiscent of the older episodes, but it still made me mad. If you haven't watched yet, don't read because I'm gonna talk about it. I have to. Love: the way Cristina and Owen made up! So glad Mer gave Owen that verbal slap in the face. Love: Bailey. Period. As always I loved Bailey in this episode. So sassy. Love: all the adorable babies! Zola and Sofia are absolutely adorable! Hate: Webber!!!!!!! No!!!!!!!! I mean, obviously I want Mer at Grace but no Chief Webber? Who's gonna be chief now??? Hate: That Lexie and Mark still aren't together. All I can say here is wtf? Hate: THE ENDING!!! I realize it's gonna be on again in a week but I mean come on! I just want everyone to be happy again! This whole Derek hates Meredith thing is pissing me off! Just make up already. He is not being very McDreamy.  Oh one more love: the ending. I know, so let me explain. I hateee the ending in general, but I loved that it was Alex who comforted Meredith because I love that they are friends! I have always loved their friendship and am sooo glad that they are friends again!

Well, those are the only shows I watched this week because I was too busy doing homework to catch any others.

That's all for now because I'm exhausted and I don't think I can stay up for anymore.
Bya!

Don't Rain On My Parade

Ok, so I have another new-found obsession.
The Glee Project!!! I'm pretty much in love with Damian and his sexy accent :)

I have also started reading Harry Potter again (for the fourth time this summer) because I am boring and have nothing else to do with my life at the moment.
I won't be able to say this, though in a few weeks because school is getting ready to start back up! I can't decide if I'm happy about this or not :P. I will be a junior this year so I will be spending Tuesdays and Thursdays in an actual classroom first semester. I'm sooo nervous!!! But hopefully it will be amazing!

I am currently listening to Glee songs and awaiting its return in September, although I'm not too happy the whole graduation concept. Obviously they have to because they're not stupid but I'm gonna miss them and I don't know if it'll be the same without them :( I've read the possibility of both a spin-off show for the graduates and their being on the show anyways (just not as high schoolers). I also read that the graduates are under contract for 7 seasons. This is only 3 so I suppose it will all work out. But all I'm sayin is if Puck goes, I most likely will go.

I also heard that Chord Overstreet turned down the chance to come back to the show? I'm not sure if this is true but I really hope it isn't because he and Mercedes are absolutely perfect together!!! She needs some Trouty Mouth love!!! :)

I recently got a Twitter account and have fallen in love with the tweets from Professor Snape. Soooo funny :)
I haven't made any cupcakes lately and it makes me a little sad :( Those Strawberry Lemonade ones went fast and now I have to decide what to make next and get the ingredients. Excited :)

Don't Stop Believin

"I'm Sam. Sam I am. And I don't like Green Eggs and Ham."

I would just like everyone to know that while I am missing Puck, who is in juvenile detention, Sam is really nice to have around. The first time he sang on the premiere I just melted. But then when he sang last night with Quinn, man did I wish I was her! Last night's episode in general was awesome. If I were the one voting, I would've picked Santana and Mercedes though. They sounded amazing!
On to other things, I stumbled on this on the internet and thought I would share it.
Attention dude: I enjoy your shirt!

It's midterms week! Actually it's the third day of midterms week and I only had one actual midterm. But, only two more classes until fall break! Plus, my teacher canceled my one class on Friday so I get to start mine early! Scheduling for next semester is coming up as well. I finished mine last week but I keep changing things around.
In other news, I finished reading The Bell Jar finally. I have started my Christmas shopping. Ooh! And I got my nails done last weekend with Alyssa and Ashleigh.

That's all for now. Lots of homework to do for those two classes before the weekend!

Ciao!

Midnight Show

"It's a beautiful day to save lives. Let's have some fun."

Aaah, McDreamy!
I can't wait to hear those lips utter those words! With new fall shows starting this week and next, I though I would take this time to go over the ones I absolutely can't wait for!

Grey's Anatomy

Obviously, this is the big one! I've been watching reruns all summer and I absolutely cannot wait! The finale last season was amazing and although there wasn't much of a cliffhanger (thank you Shonda Rhimes) I can't wait to see what happens in the premiere. I'll admit that I have read some spoilers for the Thursday night premiere, but I'm hoping that in the spirit of Grey's, it'll surprise me like it always does. And if I'm being honest, I'm not too beat up about the fact that Reed won't be returning. Not a big fan of her. Percy, on the other hand, was growing on me and I'm a little sad that he won't be returning. But, now that Jackson and April are full-time cast members I'm excited to see how they fit into the mix. I'm also interested in seeing how they play with the Lexie/Alex/Sloan triangle that they left off at the finale. I like Lexie with Mark personally, but that's just me. All I know is that I will be glued to the TV this Thursday night when they replay last season's finale. And then the next week for the premiere. All I'm sayin is don't disturb me! :) 11 days!!

Private Practice

Who can forget the shocking season 3 finale of Private Practice? I spent the first few weeks of my summer watching all three seasons of Private Practice and fell in love. I've never really watched it on TV, but now I can't wait! I'm not even remotely happy that Dell won't be returning or that Addison let Pete go, but I am excited how everything works out. I'm hoping Addison can finally catch a break and find somebody to love! I am also hoping that Cooper and Charlotte stay together. I like Sheldon, but Cooper and Charlotte are just too good together to me. Thank goodness it's after Grey's. I'm gonna be glued to the TV on the 23rd. 11 days!!

Glee

I was very upset that they lost last season, but thank goodness New Directions is back! I also would just like to say that I love Rachel's new look but I'm gonna miss Puck's mohawk :( I still love him though! One thing I can't wait for is Carol Burnett as Sue Sylvester's mother and all the other amazing guest stars. Can you say Britney Spears and John Stamos?!?! Again, not any cliffhangers, but I cannot wait for all the new music to get stuck in my head. 9 days!

My Generation

NEW SHOW!!! While I won't get to watch it at the time it comes on because I'll be in class (sad face) this is one show I definitely have to watch. I've seen the commercials and this show looks reallly good. 12 days!

Pretty Little Liars

I've got quite a while until this one comes on again, but I still can't wait! Thank you Alyssa for getting me addicted. I loved this show so much. I was so sad to see it end this summer after only 10 episodes! I read the first book after watching the series and honestly can't decide which I like better. I might be leaning towards the show though. I love Lucy Hale and her character, Aria-she is definitely my favorite. I love all the amazing clothes on the show. And soooo many cute boys! Ezra, Wren, Sean, Alex, Lucas, Ian and Noel...yummy! This one's gonna be hard to wait for...Is Hanna gonna be ok? What's gonna happen between Aria and Noel? What about poor Toby? (I don't think he did it). What's up with Byron and Ashley?? Lucas or Sean? Hanna you have to pick one! Plus, who the heck is A?

So, I urge you to check these shows out! I love them and you probably will too! Don't become too addicted though... ;)
